I think the reason exit polls overstate the Democrat vote is that Democrats trend away from the secret ballot concept. They are more likely to favor open public voting that is also more susceptabe to coerssion and intimidation.

Republicans on the other hand are less likely to answer an exit pollsters questions.

I am predicting a McCain/Palin Victory!

All these polls said the same thing 4 years ago and Bush still won.

In the last 24 hours the independents have leaned toward McCain, that may explain the humongous lines out there today!
