-15, Lows Keep Getting LOWER!
In one way, I hope Pelosi and Reid do block any legimate legislation until election day. Four months delay won't make that much difference.
Then, the Dems may just lose control of their Congress. By then, the majority of Americans should wake up to this do-nothing Congress, which has an even lower approval rating than Bush.
Let em destroy themselves to please their base.
Is it mathematically possible for the Dems to lose both houses this November?
If it is, then they most certainly should...
That is, if the dunderheaded Republican Party can get it's mess together and do an effective job of assigning blame for high gas prices to the Democrats who caused them...
This has truly been a "Do Nothing" Congress. And what they HAVE done has caused more misery and hardship than would have existed if they had done nothing.
And the Democrats will refuse to let any issue come to a vote if they will be forced to listen to the Republican point of view, while our very own Presidential Candidate has made a career of "crossing the aisle" to grovel at their feet.
The Republicans in Congress need to hit the airwaves hard and heavy and tell the american People what the Democrat Party has done to us.
And they need to keep on saying it until the message gets out.
I agree with every word you say Tug. Now, will our said do as you say or sit by and watch as Obama continues to con the voters?
With McCain at the top of the ticket it is going to be hard to get republicans to come out and vote for their representatives. That's what I've been saying all along, go out and vote for the most conservative representative and flip a coin on who you'll vote for president if you have to.
The Democrats have run out of gas period. They've screwed the pooch from the Iraq War to the Energy Bill, the list is endless..
I disagree with Tug, this congress lead by the Democrats has accomplished many things such as having the Speaker of the House making nice with a Middle Eastern Dictator..
