Thanks for the mention, Paul, and yes I am proud! No, it can't get much better than that. Before my daughter married her second husband, I traded cars with her for a few days since she needed my van. I was cleaning out her car when I found a printed email from her fiance. I know I shouldn't have read it, but when I did, it let me know that I had nothing to fear in that relationship. His sentiments were similar to the note you saw, and it warmed my heart towards him.
Heart warming for sure. I guess that IS as good as it gets.
I'll never breathe a word. :) What a sweet note! It reminds me that if anyone ever takes down the mirror in our bathroom of the house we sold a couple of years ago, they will find notes Kent and I wrote to each other on the wall when were repainting that room.
