It is SO wonderful to see you again; I've really missed you. So glad had a relaxing walk on the beach! The pictures are wonderful.
Wasn't it nice to have that special someone waiting for you with coffee and cake? Awwwww, MsB is a a terric lady to her terrific husband!!

I'm sad to see Summer come to an end
But cake and coffee always soften the blow...
It's very refreshing to walk on the beach and breathe the ocean air. And having coffee and cake at the end of the walk makes it more enjoyable.
It looks cloudy and cool in the pictures, Herman. We are still having warm temperatures here but soon fall will be upon us.

Last week it was quite cool and rainy here. I packed away all of our fans in the shed untill next summer. The very nest day the sun was back and the temperature was 28c!!!
All this talk of coffee and cake has my mouth watering!!!
Your summer is over and it seems ours has just begin. For the last couple of weeks, we have been enjoying the warm, sunny days that we missed all of July and Aug.
Your lovely pictures call out to me to come and visit your beautiful country. How nice to have beaches nearby to walk along. Maybe next summer, hubby and I will actually make the trip across the ocean....

It makes me feel sad to see summer coming to an end. Herman it is so good to have you writing again. I have missed you, your wonderful pictures and stories about the Netherlands. I wish I could see it in person but the pictures will have to do.
