"Legal fees and energy" which U.S. taxpayers were actually responsible for, indirectly, by paying the salaries of Bernard Nussbaum and Vince Foster. And, then, "legal fees" which were paid [or not paid depending on whose firm it was and what "favor(s)" you obtained from the then-sitting administration] from a Legal Defense Fund - the gall of the Clintons [umm-hmm, big surprise!] to ask for reimbursement...
Conversely, as I see, it, Harry Reid has been taught a lesson, alright. But the lesson is HOW TO GET AWAY WITH THIS, and not, "Oh, I shouldn't even try this."
If John Ensign's name was substituted for Harry Reid's the MSM would be making this "front page" news until Ensign was "locked up and the key thrown away."
