Seriously, I just had an e-mail from my cuz up on Cowichan lake, and she shared exactly the same sentiments.

Dunno wether we'll be able to afford the ferry over there, but if we get some downtime in Vancouver, I will pull out all the stops to do it.

Thanks guys! Yeah that was me with the thingie. Have to wear it sometimes to keep the hippie hair in check. I decided we looked pretty dorky in that pic, so I put up the one of us on the beach instead.

Mick No it wasn't cold, it was quite foggy that morning on the beach, the wind coming off the water had a bit of chill in it because of the fog. If you went a half km from the beach the sun was shining. Lots of driftwood on this beach.
