I can't get any joy from seeing who we prop up as president getting the snub overseas. He might be a fraud, but he's our fraud nonetheless. It just bodes ill for how things will be for us as that attitude trickles down, and our companies and servicemen will end up having to deal with foreigners who now have X amount less respect for the U.S. They didn't like us, but were forced to respect us before. Now, in spite of the lie that he was going to make them love us after eight years of Bush, they neither like nor respect us.
I find it intriguing that Sammy and Erin haven't been in here trying to laugh this off.
