Considering the foibles, felonies, and scandals men get into, I'd say thinking is primarily done with the balls. The brain is just the input output device to handle the signals of the eyes and ears. The balls process the data of a girl in cutoffs and a baby tee as she clip clops by, and tell the mouth to pucker and go whew-wheeeew as she passes the construction site.
