The suspicion about this case is that he thought he was pulling his Taser, and pulled his gun instead -- but as Digby says, why would a policeman think it was OK to tase someone who was on his knees and not posing a threat to police anyway? Digby says police cannot evaluate threats anymore, and pull their guns way too often.
Which reminds me that those police at the airport were let off. Dziekenski's death was not caused by their tasers or rough housing of him, it was decided.
This video made me physically ill... You can see him pull his gun, then POP. Wow... I am beyond words.

This looks like things to come. The vids are amazingly scary. The U.S. has got a problem. Apparently the cop resigned so he would not be fired and miss out on 'stuff', like pensions I guess, dunno.
what a coward he resigns so he wont have to go into questioning and how do u mistake a gun for a taser, is that not common sense
