If the, ahem, "urban poor" kill each other then the state won't have to put them in prison anymore. And we all know that being poor is the result of bad choices and moral failure so everybody wins.
Hell, you'll be able to carry in Tennessee bars soon and we all know that guns and liquor mix almost as well as guns and gods.

Keep in mind that Tennessee doesn't have bars per se, you have to make at least half your money from food so all Tennessee bars are really restaurants.

Good grief, does that still go on in the "Deep South"? I remember in "Hotlanta" in order for city establishments being authorized to sell "hootch" on Sundays, more than than 50% of their sales had to be in food, but that was back in the '80's.
One would think progress would have occured south of the Mason-Dixon.
Oh well . . . .
