Yeah, Harper's conservatives are straight out of the "Council for National Policy," a Christian Reconstructionist outfit that has had a profound influence on US national policy. Harper ran with these cats, at least as early 1997.

If my friends and family in Canada don't wake up, very soon you could have a Canadian version of the current American political order.
