Interesting to me that the local Lotuslandian punditry seems to be fixated on the fact that the BCUC got it wrong by saying that Burrard Thermal could make up for the shortfall with it's 'dirty' power.

Why is this interesting?

Well, because, as BCUC points out, one of the big issues is that there is no significant shortfall.
