Hmm.. interesting. I often sit and debate the Pixar rankings as well... I didn't see UP yet, but have seen Cars, so I figure I can do mine with a similar asterisk:

1. Toy Story 2 (Jessie is perhaps my favorite Disney character ever)
2. Finding Nemo
3. WALL-E
4. The Incredibles
5. Monsters, Inc.
6. Toy Story
7. A Bug's LIfe
8. Cars
9. Ratatouille
10. Up*

Not too different actually. Cars is good though, you should see it.

OK. I'm going to chime in because my list is a bit different.

1. Toy Story 2 (excepting the top spot, of course)
2. Ratatouille
3. Toy Story
4. The Incredibles
5. Finding Nemo
6. WALL-E
7. UP
8. Monsters, Inc.
9. A Bug's Life
10. Cars

Notes:
* 1-6 are pretty much based on "If given a choice, what would I rather watch...." The difference is negligible. But Toy Story 2's position is secure.
* UP is borderline. And I think it's going to stay there.
* I could take or leave 8-10. Not bad movies; just don't have that Pixar magic for me. But like Toy Story 2, Cars is secure.

I think all I've seen are:

1. Toy Story, or Toy Story 2: the one with the claw game.
2. Finding Nemo

Will amend this in the years to come.
