Your precious comments are highly appreciated. Thank you.

Gravatar Good morning!

Let me be the first to congratulate you for appearing on pg 21 of theSUN hardcopy today.

That was jolly good work, mate! Keep up the spirit of blogging for A BETTER MALAYSIA FOR ALL MALAYSIANS.

Cheers

Gravatar Really? The e-paper is down. What is the article about? Mind scanning me a copy or post in your blog? Now you got a reason to start blogging again now! Hehe...

Gravatar It's actually your e-mail letter to the Editor with the title "Sports centre tells tale". (Sorry lar - no scanner right here now!)

And you will be VERY pleased to know that theSUN plugged your blog.

I'm pleased too that you are plugging theSUN in The Sensintrovert!

And this latest post on the U-mobs is fantastic. It's about time our gomen knows how our universities are breeding grounds for such potential terrors of society.

Gravatar Btw, is it really 2:55 am over at your side? Eh, no need to sleep wan ar??

Gravatar I actually wrote a letter to them...

BST= British Summer Time=7 hours difference and it's scroching hot here!

Gravatar The idiots in the UPM fiasco need to be punished hard for their acts. What a sorry state of our local universities!

Gravatar I say sack them all, especially the one in green, the one who shoved the boots, and the last one who was shouting "patut kena buang"

then the rest who was dancing and jeering should all be suspended ..

this is how all good tax money goes down the drain ... and the Uni decided to resolved this internally? what the ...!!!

Gravatar Thanks for the link to myAsylum, and good job on the detailed report! I truly think it's deplorable what those moronic goons did.

The thought of them graduating as unemployable to the real world, and getting absorbed into Civil Service is S.C.A.R.Y. - Sinister, Cursed Abomination Roused by Yuckiness (courtesy of Monster Name Decoder), and in the scary sense, too.

Gravatar hello, this maybe kinda late. i still haven't read much of the news yet, and i just finished watching the video a while ago.

as for the 'red mob' in the final scene, i think he said:

"[...], tau?! ha? you [...] kena buang! you baru kena buang! hah?! you buat kacau ah, blah sekarang!"

i'm pretty sure it's "blah sekarang" (get lost now!) not "belakang". and although "patut" (kena buang) sounds more reasonable, my ears tell me it's "baru". I've listened to the scene for a few times now, and of course, I could be wrong.

as for the [...] parts, especially the second one, i have several speculations, but they don't really make much sense to me right now.

for now, it sounds like "you pelajar dah lama kena buang!" i really dunno...

i just hope they all just drop dead and burn in hell

Gravatar I have offered more than 200 title of Ebooks for any information of the "monkey"... anyone want to add ??
You may do the same too...

Gravatar Balajoe: And these people are supposed to be 'intellectuals' in 'menara gading'? Bah!

earl-ku: Skali they taruh UUCA, habih cerita, case closed.

walski69: Have they even consider what their future employers will think of them after seeing the video? Oh, worry not, the gomen loves them. Perlis MB might also employ them to collect debts.

anon: It seems that they are having a press conference today. Frankly, it would be the best for the victims to do this instead of me; they should set up a blog or something to clear the picture.

Gravatar ROFL. Although selected by Pak Lah, Tok Pah keep acting and screwing up like typical TunM man.

Tok Pak has made the biggest mistake not stopping the sedition text book. It is really bad when the BOSS instruct UPM to withdraw it soon after he say nothing wrong with the book. It is a big smack on his face.

Howsy, remember to clean your eye with optrex, I think there is more stupid act on the way, prepare to see more minister get smack on the face.

Gravatar pissed off after watchin the video clip.
Speechless n furious.

Gravatar Execellent shot-by-shot commentary on the monyet behaviour of these ASPITAHI thugs. Collecting all those voices of bloggers who're sicken by these thugs despite the Media Blackout(except The Sun) is great too.

Gravatar yes I also put it in my blog. I think the leader & the bebal fellowship gangster just want to show how samseng they are. At the end the all are among the penganggur terhormat.

Gravatar Sungguh memalukan... and how many against 6 or 7? Lagi memalukan... f#ck!

Gravatar where is the love?

Gravatar i think sometimes u need to give us a break.

Gravatar Really, after all those pics and videos, what IS your point to the entire post?

Are you asking us to rally against the government and install a new one in its place?

Are you saying that if I don't say anything about this, I'm an irresponsible citizen?

WOW. Talk about misplaced pride/responsibility.

There is your way of going about things (inciting more shit up) and there is another way of going about this situation - one that involves more diplomacy and tact.

Far be it for me to say, but if you know that there are so many problems with the education system and would like to help, why are you in the UK when you can absorb yourself into the education system here itself?

Gravatar you know what, if given the chance…i feel like killing those bastards and shoving those chairs up their asses….it made me so angry that i almost drove all the way to UPM and just do that…they are actually cowards…they shout to bring their spirits up..but in real life, they are f**king cowards whom are lazy, child or grandparent rapers, cheating money from their own kind and others, bullies, snatch thieves, and so on…tell them to come out and face us, they will pee in their pants!! all i can say is that they are f**k-faces who f**k their own parents. (they are so supporting of each other in the video, maybe they are f**king each other too…think about the big bully and the spectacle guy having a big orgy with all the other f**k-faces there!)

Gravatar What's with the media blacking this out? There's wrong-doing here, and no politicians involved, so why so scared to run it?

Full credit to The Sun for daring to run with this, and the first mainstream media to do so.

Gravatar moo_t: I'm rubbbing my hands gleefully already. Did you not read my Ops Malu and Ops Jumpa ? It will get juicier later.

JJ_Yong: According to reliable sources, no such incidents had happened since the opening of Kolej 12/14 on 2003. I'm equally shocked as well.

mob1900: Unfortunately, NOT all of the voice of the bloggers are heard; some were even critisized of and accused of being bad-mouthing by their own peers as well.

linaA: Yang heran tu, although some attempted to cover the cameras, apesal mereka tu shiok sangat nak lompat-lompat tu walhal mereka dirakam, terutama budak kaca-mate perangai setan tu...

ks: It is sad gangterism still happens in university. Kinda like those jocks from American Pie, except that they pick on nerds and doing that to score girls.

philters: Don't phunk with my heart?

suanie: To quote from your 'about' page: "...currently penned by bloggers known amongst their peers"

As a peer, I believe that I have the right to question and you are creditable to us peers as well.

Raine: My point is for all to have the INFORMED CHOICE. You have the choice of not believing what I said but you can't be denied the right for all to know, as evident by the blackout by the mainstream media.

Socio-political awareness is the responsibility of every citizen and not just limited to rallying on the streets; hence blogging about it is already a good start. And nobody's trying to stop you from blogging about 'how your bf's bought you a present' or 'your granny's neighbour's nephew's cat gave birth to a a dozen of babies but one which has a long tail'. Socio-politics is dirty and sickening but the denial of it is even more sickening.

And this is far from inciting. I am regurgitating what I gather from the news and providing an informed choice for you. You even have the choice not to have the informed choice by clicking the red cross. This is all about free-will.

Does your form of 'diplomacy' includes 'suffering in silence', 'spare the rod, spoil the child' and 'sweeping under the carpet'?

Pertaining to the concern whether I am in the education system itself, read my very early post. One would know that I have spent a quarter of a century in the Malaysian education system.

tomkat: Easy on the language, ok! I know you're very excited but don't jump on Opera Winfrey's couch though!

Yap Sayot: Politicians are indeed involved in this case, my dear. Indeed everything governing our lives involves our politicians, including whether you want to hold hands with you gf/bf in public as well.

Gravatar You're missing my point.

You have your way of doing things and I have my way of doing things. But what makes you think your way is better than mine or anyone else's?

Just because I don't talk about the issue doesn't mean I don't give a damn about it.

Even if I do talk about it and others don't, I certainly don't go around saying all sorts of things about these people. Why? Simply because it is not my place to do so. Such an action would be called "judgmental" and in some ways, it could be mistaken as "hypocrisy" as well.

You CANNOT force the entire world to bend to your principles and actions, to think and act like you. That is not how this world works. (We have seen that proven time and time again.)

I thought that you being someone who is more highly educated than I am would know this.

FYI, I don't believe in that whole "spare the rod and spoil the child". I believe that children, like adults, can be reasoned with. AND I certainly don't subscribe to the whole "an eye for an eye" bit.

Don't mistake my contrary opinions as an attempt in "sweeping things under the carpet" or an attempt at bad-mouthing you. There is a time and place for everything, even words on a blog.

I am only doing my duty as a "citizen of the blogsphere" - to remind you of a few real things.

How can you expect to teach people things about politeness, racial harmony and responsibility when you use words to acquate people to "a lower simian species"?

It is akin to the pot calling the kettle black.

As for the "quarter of a century in M'sian education system", we all did the "time" - if you must put it that way. But don't forget one thing. It still made you who you are today. Change it if you must BUT don't belittle what you had.

I think by now, you'd know one more thing about me (if you care to know) - I believe in "actions speaks louder than words".

Gravatar Ahhh, democracy is action, nice to see there's a discussion going on but again let me reiterate, 'Don't Shoot The Messenger' and Howsy does entitled to his own opinions as well.

Looking at the brighter side of things, all the bloggers who have participated in this exercise of awareness should be encourage to 'speak out' and make their voices heard without 'kow-towing' to any sort of underlying sponsors or influence.

As for having the maturity to stomach these 'events', that's up to the audience. It's true tolerating these these kind of incidents would help our muhibbah spirit to last a little longer but the effort to find solution/s should be encourage to grow. By highlighting these incidents, we'll start questioning ourselves, for me that's a good start.

Gravatar Nah...I don't intend to shoot the messenger. Never did, never will.

Just don't shoot me because I have a different take on the matter.

We feel the same way about it - I don't like this UPM thing one bit - but I believe that some suggestions do help and headlines like "UPM Babi" floating around the blogsphere don't. :S

That's just me lor.

Gravatar It all comes back to my following statements, innit:

"Therefore, we as blogosphere netizens should play a role in spreading this news and not sweep it under the carpet."

and

"...has absolutely no report on this at all. Nor their blog. Nor its respectively bloggers. Xpyre has also posed a conscientious question to its bloggers in his blog."

It all comes back to the saying 'siapa makan cili, dialah rasa pedasnya' and feeling challenged, innit?

Gravatar Definitely. But you, of all people should know, and am well aware of how words are played, and go around.

If it pleases you to know, I didn't write the about page.

I'm not out looking for a fight, I am well aware I am part of the project. Your tone implies that I am now the 'other side', the 'other person' simply because of that, regardless that I have been blogging way before that. The reason I take it more personally is because I read your blog, and I believe you sometimes read mine, and I wasn't the enemy or however you want to put it. LIke I said, it's all words.

So maybe I have misintepreted an underestanding that maybe I have created for myself. My bad. Cheers.

Gravatar so, should we, malaysian bloggers, touch about every sociopolitical issue there is, without any regard for our own safety or the safety of our friends and family?

because this is malaysia, and if we malaysian bloggers do blog about something that can be interpreted to be sedicious, we stand a chance to get arrested, just like how talking about hitler in germany can get you into trouble.

please remember that no one wants to get arrested just for blogging.

Gravatar Like I said again and again, perhaps these statements which may have caused the outrage:

"Therefore, we as blogosphere netizens should play a role in spreading this news and not sweep it under the carpet."

and

"...has absolutely no report on this at all. Nor their blog. Nor its respectively bloggers. Xpyre has also posed a conscientious question to its bloggers in his blog."

My intention is never to point a gun at your head asking you to blog about socio-political issue unless you are brainwashed by a particular blogger saying that so. It all roots back to the saying 'siapa yang makan cili, dialah rasa pedasnya'. I can't help it if it affects you. Likewise, if someone would to put the above statements pertaining to the Israeli violence, and those who do not blog about it 'supports violence', some might eat the 'cili' and some might not. I myself do not eat the 'cili'.

Constructively critisizing the mainstream media has always been in this blog and this is not the first time nor it will be the last time.

And I don't think just because you blog about socio-political issue, means you are causing sedition and may land you up in jail. Of course lar, you don't go and shoot blindly calling names like b**i or like the famous case, the 'na**s agama' thingy. Talking about why the RM 490 million is a waste of money is not seditious. Talking about why lanslides still happen in Selangor is not. Talking about why dogs were shot inhumanely is not.

We as citizens are entitled to voice our opinions but of course in the case of Malaysia, we have to be cautious also. If you can call Blair a moron or imbecile in the UK, of course it will be not possible in Malaysia. There was even a headline in a magazine titled 'Blair should be assasinated' but see what happened the likewise in Malaysia? theSun's top editors were fired and is distributed as a free paper now.

I'm not the best one to be lecturing on this, but things are beginning to open up with the Det-Lah war, and as they say 'Let 'em slug it out'.

Gravatar one thing says all...the more i look at the video clip...the more i wanted to [deleted] the bastard with specs and also the King Kong....i would make them [deleted] each other's [deleted] and make them [deleted] of all the others....they are all [deleted].

Edited By Siteowner: Easy on the words, okay!

Gravatar that is not kingkong..it a stupid a**hole...

Edited By Siteowner: Easy on the language.

Gravatar [deleted] memang [deleted].
What do you expect from them?
Did you see those [deleted] in Indonesia with thick lips and bugs-bunny tooth? Those are their siblings!

Gravatar A multi-racial country living in peace and harmony? Fark that. This is clearly a racial issue. Whoever that minister/authority who said it wasn't, was just trying to hide some skeletons in the closet. Whats wrong with those students wanting to help out the juniors? Well, that's cause they are Chinese, not some propaganda shit which that [deleted] Malay was saying. What's there to draw from this video? UPM has been letting these hooligans raised from some monkey families into their campus, not because they are really qualified but because they are required to fill up the quota. Do you really think each one of them really deserve to be there? Give me a break. Places in universities are given to these farktards which explains why development of this country is still slow. Good and deserving students are being weeded out and replaced by these garbage. I don't even think these students will be expelled, the government has to protect their own race and constantly feed them, remember? Look at China, a country blooming every minute surpassing Malaysia, all because of the Chinese people striving hard compared to these [deleted]. What a bunch of disgraceful people to have in this country. Stupid as they are (the Malay [deleted] in the video) probably because[deleted].

Gravatar go to lowyat.net and read up about the two sides of the story. sorry to burst your bubble, but the "victims" were the ones who went around creating trouble. even students who are in UPM can confirm that. No one wants trouble, but GMM did it.

By the way, the guy who supposedly pleaded "tolong, tolong" and "jangan gaduh"? That's the same guy that got himself famous for posing kung fu style in a KLCC protest not so recent ago.

Pot calling the kettle black? You really need to keep things in neutrality.

Gravatar Talking about neutality. The only "trouble" the GMM had done was to open a booth of themselves without the knowledge of the uni. Sure, the uni does not recognize them as a grp and even calls them "haram", categorizing them the way muslims categorize pigs and dogs. They did not do anytin really "troublesome" like organizing a demonstration or a strike. At least not in this case.
The point is, the UPM fiasco certainly had the right to chase them away if they were to insist on "mereka kumpulan haram". Yes, and (supposedly) one GMM member did insult the fiasco leader, but that does not explain the totally uncivilized behavior displayed by fiasco.
If the GMMs are wrong, and the fiasco were doing the right thing, I as a witness to the incident can't agree with that. How do u explain doing the right thing by acting like monkeys? The point is, although they may have a established reason to disperse the errant crowd (GMM) who refused to move, that does not justify the WAY that they did it in the end, acting like gangsters, like monkeys, like barbarians.
I myself am a UPM student, and i have no affliation with either the GMM or the fiasco. I'm juz stating the things i witnessed. The GMM were not supposed to be there, yes. The fiasco were responsible to chase them away, yes. Some ppl argue that this justifies the fiascoes actions, but it doesn't. What i'm trying to raise here is not an issue of dignity of the uni/race/country, I'm just saying. The fiasco is also wrong. They just admit that their behavior was over the edge, not a behavior that is expected from a uni fiasco. They have to change. At least try to handle the GMM in a more civilised manner, AT ALL TIMES. Don't bring shame to the uni.

Gravatar I prefer to call them a fiasco(a sudden, violent collapse), instead of the High Comittee of Student Reps (direct translation) is becoz of wat they have done to picture themsleves. Just a play of words (may be wrong dho). So just ignore it if you think it's a wrong symbolism
