Gravatar If the PM is to sack Dr. M, he might as well arrest him. There is no point taking half-measures against the man. To shut up Dr. M, either the PM has to fully finish off his credibility or he is not given any access to talk at all including the internet.

It is quite clear the PM will let Dr. M hang himself. For example NST article on Ops Lalang is meant to let people remember his misdeeds. This is the PM strategy, to turn every critic back at Dr. M. Much like his criticism of Scomi, will be turned around and point at the big contract his children got under his administration.

Gravatar Knowing the kind of support Mahathir still has, AAB will not risk Reformasi II by sacking or jailing him. Bigjoe is right - AAB is giving Mahathir enough rope to hang himself. But AAB too must be on his guard. He is like a pot calling the kettle black when it comes to nepotism and corruption.

Gravatar As TheSien EIC, my calls in priority order:
!. Call on Zakaria Md Deros to be SACKED as state ASSemblyman in the royal town

(2) Stop the impending UMNO APpointments of his son and daughter--n-law or outlawed from being sworn in as Municiapl Councillors; build 5-storey and 6-storey mansions next?

(3) As the MB of self-procxlaimed Developed Nation state of Selangor to be SACKED as CEO of SElangor, for being so ill-informed of The Law

If Pak Lah does just all the3 above, Elegant Silence for the past thre years will be 4given with one more year earned as GOoDwill; see Desi's quite fat-hearted truly, after a CON BF!

Gravatar The toyol is trying to play down the Happy Dick issue. Mr Happy Dick's property most likely will remain intact.

I am more interested to see if the law will be carried out, that is to demolish the illegal construction.

Gravatar Hahaha...what a nice news piece from The Sun!!!! But I couldn't find it in The Sun? Did they changed the news? LOL!!!!

Gravatar Bigjoe&Billy: I would say they won't sack or capture M. People are judging now. Times are different. Or maybe not. Some would like to say 'this is how we do things all the while', just like the 'toe the line' rule for Shahrir et al.

Desi: You'll be the EIC of a MSM lar. You can't tell the truth, remember?

ShadowFox: Happy Dick? Haha, direct translation from Zakar Ria!

I say turn the mansion into an old folks home or home for the poor or something. To waste lar to demolish it.

Mave: theSien lar, not the Sun!

Gravatar The reason as to why Ybhg Tun Mahathir seem to be concern with YAB Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's administration, I think, is actually because there were some loose ends that is not settled during Ybhg Tun M's term. I guess Ybhg Tun expects YAB Datuk Seri Abdullah to abide by the guidelines that he has laid. I do not think it will be a problem for the PM to follow the guidelines as long as it does not interfere with the judicial system. The PM wants a credible judicial system free from the government's interferance. This could be why Ybhg Tun is angry, especially with Anwar Ibrahim's case. There is every chance that Anwar can free himself from all that he has been accused of. Time will tell and wost Ybhg Tun will be called to answer in court. Ybhg Tun cannot face this and will do whatever it takes to prevent Anwar and his associates getting a free trail.
