taiko, this is the lamest nasi lemak i have ever seen, come one la, cook the sambal from scratch ...
this is for 2 - 3 person k
4 huge onions - those red ones
few cloves of garlic
small cup of chilli(grinded ones) or u can grind from dried chillies also
1 cup of asam water ... or some vinegar if u really really dun have asam
put the onion and garlic into blender, blen everything
then fry themmtill fragrant la
put in chilli
put in asam water
cook till oil rises top
add salt ... kau tim
then in ur case, u can put in anything, prawns, sotong ...

A tip on cooking hard boil eggs.
In order to make it easy to peel off the egg shell when it is done, put in a pinch or so of salt into the water when boiling the egg.
