In John Prescott's Britain the capital is known as Londonistan and besides that, burglars are given equal rights as the houseowners after the former breaks into the later's premises.
The extent to which the Brits idiotarian Leftist/Socialit elites today will go to just so as to promote their absurd brand of moral equivalence is mind bogglingly overboard and apologistic - to the common people's own detriment. Idiosyncratic degeneration and mangled moral equivalence as a new religion. Sad.
If those m`sian Hindu groups got any cow brains they should file for damages from the British Govt. (in the European Court too) for a no. of reasons like:
1. Indentured labour
2. Being made to suffer the current ignominy (temple burning, keling, NEP etc)
3. Repatriation
Surely lawyer Uthayakumar would get much backing. With the Presvcott `Travellers` defence the claim would be a walkover.
I guess there are idiot politicians everywhere, eh?

Just to point out:
1. Being "nomads" doesn't mean anyone's rights should be ignored, and in fact the issue here seems to be that they want to settle down somewhere. In any case, why should anyone be forced to settle down in one place if they don't want to?
'Gypsies', 'Travellers', or 'Romany', are mostly in fact descended from Indian nomads who left India a long time ago (haven't got the references right now - and nowadays in Britain some of them will also be modern-day 'travellers' who made that choice of life).
Hitler attempted to murder them all, and they still face continued discrimation throughout Europe.
2. "Gypsies" in Britain are also British citizens with - in theory - the same rights, etc.
And to the first commenter: the small minority of people in Britain who refer to their capital as "Londonistan" are the kind of racist people who support fascist parties such as the BNP - though not necessarily of course, as their are racists scattered throughout all the parties in Britain.
They are also the kind of people who would not welcome any Malaysian to 'their' soil.
Frankly Howsy, I wouldn't welcome that kind of visitor to your blog. And I would have a think about how you may have slipped into prejudices against "Gypsies" while trying to attack other prejudices closer to home.
OK slight correction - you didn't actually "welcome" the "Londonistan" comment - I meant it in a more general sense. But if I was you I wouldn't want to be associated with that type of person.
