The last time I raised RM 14,000 for the tsunami and the organiser announced at the dinner the total pledged was 3.5 millions ringgit. Later I realised that only 1.4 were collected and to these day I don't know what they did with the money. Probably went to London and Tokyo on a study tour learning how to predict the next disaster. Disgraceful and shameles but didn't realise people can be so heartless. Mind you these are people with titles which probably take you a minute to recite.
