Such beautiful writing. You bring your grandfathers and Big Tree to life. The old house and towns are populated again, for just a moment. And, I can practically taste the water out of those pipes in Devine.
I've never been to Texas, but I've heard about a music festival that takes place every year in Kerrville that was started in 1972.
