several lizards that look like yours live in our greenhouse, along with spiders and wasps and plant bugs. i have watched the wasps climbing amomg the lettuce and suspect them of eating the plant bugs, but have not ever seen this directly.
our cat catches and tortures mice but does not regard them as food.

They eat insects.
