There is a certain violence and maliciousness that seems to define some police officers. They use their position to abuse people who are often already victims of social-emotional circumstances. I don't understand why juries don't convict. On the other hand, the one time I was called for jury duty, I was asked to leave. The voir dire usually eliminates anyone with a heart or brain.
