All of that apple butter talk makes me want to taste some. I think I had some as a child, maybe I didn't, who knows. Usually I just have plain butter on my toast, you know, when I have toast.

Someone brought some Vegemite to school for show and tell once and I have never forgotten the experience. Dreadful stuff! My eyes tear up at the very thought.

Uhm.... do you have a recipe or do I just throw a bunch of apples in the crock pot, watch a Golden Girls marathon on Lifetime and then start eating? Inquiring minds want to know.

Gravatar I did NOT know that I could do this in a slow cooker. I love love love apple butter but haven't had any more more than a decade. Watch out girls.... momma's in the kitchen!!!
