Enjoy the new flat screen Mikey. Costco is great. On the Zicam thing, hot off the press the FDA says don't take that stuff, you could permanently lose you sense of smell. That could be a good thing working in a casino I suppose.

Yeah, Sean, we have Fry's here, and I've seen the Toshibas, too. Not bad prices, and I love love LOVE my Toshiba laptop. But I've never seen any TV that had a better picture than the Sharp Aquos, which is the TV I've always wanted.
Besides, due to years of experience, I have my favorites as far as electronics go:
Laptops: Toshiba
Desktop: Dell
Cell Phone: Motorola
Cameras: Canon
MP3 Player: Apple iPod
TVs: Sharp
Small Appliances: Black & Decker
To me, my TV *is* the deal of the century, so go burst somebody else's balloon, eh? And I'm sure they will be cheaper later--electronics always get cheaper as time goes on, but I wanted to get it before football season. Why wait till November? (Besides, Rob paid over $900 two years ago for a 720p 32-inch LCD, so I feel like I still got a bargain).

Wow thats really cheap. Now i feel like a jackass . I payed about 30 dollar for my HDMI cables.
Yeah, Mikey, while I was driving around yesterday, I heard the announcement on the radio that said that the FDA said that people should stop taking Zicam immediately because the Zinc in it has caused like (if I remember correctly) at least a few hundred people to permanently lose their sense of smell and taste.
And especially for such a "Foodie" like you, I think that this would be devastating!
The report also said that Zicam never went under any Federal Testing and that future product would have to note that among other stuff.
