Gravatar Beautiful. What a great reminder to all of us to have peace and to also be grateful. I hope your holiday is relaxing and joyful! N

Gravatar Thank you, Mustang. This is a perfect start to my day.

Gravatar How fabulous! Our God is great and we can all use the reminder of how much He loves us and wants to bless us. Great post!

Gravatar A message that we will need to hear time and time again over the next few years.

Gravatar Great. Words we should try to live by. It's easy to get wrapped up in things, the election, the economy, etc. These are all important but we do need to take a step back occasionally and put it all in perspective.

Gravatar Phil. 4:6. My favorite.

thanks!!

Gravatar At the Christian school where I taught for nearly two decades, Philippians 4:8 was posted on the classroom walls.

Gravatar Thank you, Mustang. With all that's going on it sometimes gets hard to remember that! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Gravatar Interesting read Mustang.

Gravatar It's a toss up for me between verse 4 and 13.
Verse 6 was very pertinent to me today as there is a regional election in Venezuela today. Elections often lead to violence and I have so many friends who are braving the chavismos to vote in opposition.

Gravatar What a beautiful post. You will have to click my name to go to my new site - it is right inline with your posting today.
Praise be to our Lord Jesus Christ.

I canned The Hill Chronicles. I figure if I am going to die or go to jail for freedom of speech in the NObamanation then it would be for our Lord not our darn politics!

Gravatar This was a wonderful and uplifting post and the background music fits in perfectly.

Thank you, Mustang! I needed those words today.

Gravatar mustang, It helps to be reminded, periodically, what blessings we have daily and should look for the good no matter how bad....great eye opener...stay well....

Gravatar Thank you Mustang for this tremendous reminder. When we remember that Paul arote this from a dungeon for no other reason than his faith in Christ, it becomes even more tremendous. Truly for the believer in fellowship with Christ, to live is Christ & to die is GAIN! Who can overcome a person like that? Not even Satan himself & all the demons of hell! Good post. God Bless.
