I don't mean to generalise, but I've come to realise that apologising is not part of Malaysian's culture. How does one offer quality customer service when no one is willing to acknowledge their mistakes? Most of the time the customer is only looking for an apologetic look or a simple "sorry", yet it's just not in them. :/

Baine...happened to me too in OU. i didnt waste time isi kad tu. silap haribulan dia just buang je so that it doesnt reach the mgt.
i called up and spoke to the GM...the name's nicholas. in the end...they wanted to appease me by gvg me cash vouochers. i told them they can keep their fucking vouchers...me not interested. me very pissed off.
but since you had it too...i'm crossing them off of my list. not going there ever again. maybe to other chilis but not that one. nowadays i'd rather go to TGI or delicious.
chilis sucks ass!!!

lagi satu kan...mmg diaorang pilih bulu. sama la dgn sales people satu malaya ni pun. kalau org pakai lebih2 kurang je mmg dia layan macam siot je.
i'm not the sort yg dressing giler babi just to go to OU. i dress moderately. kalau hari malas it's just plain jeans and tshirt for me but i guess the prob lies with my hijab. kalau pakai tudung mmg you bodoh dan takdak class. so dia layan pun macam tu la kan.
bukan la nak kata i ni kaya but like you said we are paying customers too so we deserve the same level of treatment.
to say sorry...some of them are too proud to say sorry. padahal bukan la susah sangat nak apologize and do damage control kan.
i kalau pasal chilis ni mmg berapi sangat2. mmg geram la. sekarang i know how to play the game...kalau i gi tempat2 macam tu i insist in asserting my authority so that daripada awal dia akan takut dah dgn kita. kalau tak dia pijak kita cam semut je. kalau dia cakap melayu dgn i pun i cakap in english. lantak la. i bukan nak belagak tapi i want the same treatment. is that so much to ask?

That's just too sad.. !! when service ppl donch know that they pay a very crucial part in making the eatery a success. I doubt your comment would be heard.. and i would suggest you write to its head office.. or go to its website.. and leave a comment there. But i too "malas" .. with stuff like that.. and usually let it go.

My favourite Chilis haunt in the one in BSC. I've not had any bad experiences there...maybe I got lucky. But can totally understand how u feel about ur
treatment. It's so wrong.
