Hey Justin you shouldn't do this. If you write a guest post, it should only be found in the blog where you guest posted it and it shouldn't be posted on your blog in full.

An excerpt would be understandable but the whole post is just wrong.

it's all about the SEO thing, I really don't mind if you want to post the guest post here, it's just that it would create a duplicate content, and the result will probably make your site or mine position on google dropped. and on the worst case even trapped on the sandbox of google search result. that means, you or i will not be listed on google search result. that means, no traffic from google. say good bye to google
