This is the same group that thinks unions (those scions of all that is corrupt and foul) should be allowed unlimited contributions to political campaigns while individuals and small businesses should be limited.
Doesn't sound like good government to me. Sounds like a tool for the Democratic party.
It's about time reforms like this came, particularly redistricting. Gerrymandering, by either party, is disgraceful and undemocratic in my opinion. While I am unsure about the provision that would encourage private citizens to create THEIR OWN redistricting maps and submit them to the commission, I do think it would be very cool for educational purposes in high school or college political science courses.
