I'm sure you hear this a lot but between the old art crits and your video you've probably got 3-4 classes worth of intro to sketching course material. I could just be restating the obvious, I'm not familiar with your peronal life, but you'd be a great instructor.

I hadn't realized until now the depth of knowledge you have. Its one thing to be able to draw human proportions right, but you've got quite the grasp of human anatomy. As a scientist, I respect that.
I never comment here, but in case Hyung sees this (which seems to be quite unlikely) I felt like commenting on the video a bit.
First off, he sure doesn't talk like I figured he would. Mumbles a bit and has a kind of southern accent, more like someone you'd have an easy time getting along with and less like the Hwang Jan Lee Silver Fox-esque rogue he seemed to be in his dissertations (except Fei Hung or beggar Cho/So or whatever doesn't kill him during the climax)..
I figure I'm looking forward to more of these (if any). Hyung's off-hand comments and humming and stuff makes it fun to watch, and his comments are pretty insightful (as always). I don't really think there's anything to change in the format of the videos, just that Hyung doesn't seem to be that much of an orator (he's still better than Bush though), though I have no idea if he has any experience in this sort of thing. That's just something that'll improve as he does it and people bounce comments on him like he wrote on the page.
Though like I said the comments are useful as always and the pacing is nice. Plus it's fun to listen to him ramble. Don't go AWOL for so many moons before the next one.
And maybe try to slip in more stuff like the speech bubbles. This is why I figure it's no good to criticize the blandness (if any) or anything; once he finds his groove he'll start ricing these like a 16 year old with a honda civic, except it'll actualy be cool.

And that's why I just think he sounds like that. It's kind of like some people seem to think I'm smart because when I write I can manage a sustained litterary level of language thanks to my brobdignagian vocabulary, but I have a bad accent oraly that I'm working on, on top of the slow cadence caused by how some words don't directly translate, so I babble like someone paging through a dictionary.
The vid was sort of like that. It's like how Saddam Hussein was always hypped as this big evil murder (well after 1983 or so), but then you'd meet him and he'd be all like "hey wassup guy" like in South Park, and then he'd paw at your nipples. Or you know, finding out Kamen Rider doesn't really got henshin mode but some guy just puts on a costume and closes a zipper.

What freaked me out a little bit was that Hyung's voice sounds exactly like mine does when I hear recordings of myself so it was kind of eerie.
You could totally sell these, leave this one and maybe another one as preview, then put half a dozen more behind a login, people would pay for it and it would be good value (Downloads only because burning to CD, postage and all that shit is old fashioned 19th century shit which would eat up your time and money, though I guess you could offer CDs as an extra)

Do both, shorter ones on bittorrent (If it's on your site it's not a promotional item because the people looking at it are already at your site after all) and get sweet, sweet dinero for letting them into the wonderful secrets of asian artworks (i.e. the same thing only longer) no one expects a life changing experience from dropping a few bucks on a website after all, they'll be more than served with a few laughs (Them word balloons! Do more of that!) and a few bits of info they didn't know.

Google video and Google video store might be the way to go, whether or not you decide to charge for the tutorials or not. That way, you don't incur bandwidth costs, people don't need to install Bittorrent to get the tutorials, and payment system and DRM is already there provided by Google.
I don't know of any other online video store that lets anyone sell videos.
Besides, you can put links in the title and description of the videos so you can promote your site with them too.

I really liked this tutorial, you covered a lot of helpful stuff, and the pop ups were so hilarious, I had no clue what you were saying the first five minutes and had to rewind. The info about the neck and ears really helped me since I tend to make similar mistakes. Too bad you didn't follow-up on the urge to be evil rather than constructive (I mean, it's Hoon afterall...)

In the interest of raising Hyung's confidence level above and beyond what is allowed by physics of our universe, I present to you my video on wrting an xhtml page.
I recorded that at 640x480. It got downsampled so you can't see the text clearly, but I say everything I type anyway. Took three days for Google Video to verify the content was okay to put online. Also, some color information is lost.
All in all, Google Video probably doesn't meet Hyung's high standards in its current state.
If I ever make something like that again, I'm going to try directly recording screen with vnc2swf. I wonder if I could upload a video to Google Video in flash format.
