It's been a long road -- being a long distance Dad made it harder -- but I made a commitment to be her biggest supporter and guidance counselor. That meant a lot of long distance phone calls, many at 2 or 3 AM, to just listen, and let her talk herself to her own solutions.

Guess it worked -- she's receiving a degree in Psychology :>)
