Well, I have bookmarked your blog. I've picked up a few more tips on improving my blog. I like your layout, nice and clean. Also, your point about posting often and posting quality stuff makes sense. I didn't post for the whole of December '06 and noticed the returning users stopped coming, so I'm at it again!

thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I kind of figured out how to post other people's buttons on my blog, but now I would like to offer a button of my own for other people to use. I created a small JPEG of 120x70 pixels (what I read was a good standard). How do I code it so other people can take it? Can I just post it as a Jpeg with a note saying "steal this button"?

Glad I visited this blog.
I did so because I am fearful of changing over to the new blogger/google format.
I already messed up one blog
(Not Really A Cleaning Lady @ marewheeee.blogspot.com) by adding links to the template (is anything more intimidating than HTML?) If you scroll down the posts you'll see that the copy format gets longer and skinnier until it's just one word per line. I moved some stuff I shouldn't have and don't recognize HTML well enough to know what it is.
The reason I'm worried about switching is that I was told by a fellow blogger (when I grow up @rlaban.blogspot.com) that I'll have to re establish my links.
OH NO....

Hey man, I dig the idea for the blog. My blog's at globetrottr.com. I have a large email list. Is it possible to send a notification email to that list when I post a blog so I don't have to send an email everytime?

I checked it out afterwards about the group emails. On Google groups, groups.google.com, there's a link where you manage your account. On the bottom, there's a spot to invite people. That sends them a link to include them on a group email, for example mine is globetrottr@googlegroups.com.
To notify people when you update, that's done through blogger. In the customize page, go to 'settings', then 'email' and enter the @googlegroups.com email address in the first box. Ahh man, I love figurin this stuff out. Ha! Later
