Though, to play devil's advocate for a moment, Banksy at least doesn't claim he's doing anything a five-year-old with a stencil and a spraycan couldn't do.
Banksy's graffiti's mostly not even that good as graffiti; it's got that conceptualist shock value, but it isn't particularly beautiful or interestingly composed, unlike quite a bit of graffiti by random people nobody's ever heard of.
Put a band name in the upper right hand corner of that picture and you've got a Seventies gatefold album cover.
