Gravatar Cable's meant to be leading into a Messiah CompleX sequel called "Messiah War" sometime around #12, AIUI.

Gravatar This might just be me but I kept thinking that the monster in Wolverine Annual #2 was a Hunter in Darkness until the very end where its origin story was told.

Gravatar and where did you get that info reboot? i havent seen or heard of any such thing...

"Cable will crossover with the X-Men in the “Messiah War” storyline."

Gravatar More Wolverine? I notice in that link posted above that Marvel is going to launch YET ANOTHER Wolverine series next year. Ugh.

Also, YET MORE Avengers books, with Bendis involved. I like Bendis well enough on Ultimate Spidey, but I'm really tired of him controlling the Avengers (and most of the Marvel universe).

Gravatar Well, three thoughts occur on the "new Wolverine series"...

1) It may be a straight renumbering of Wolverine
2) They may be doing what they did with Iron Man, and launching a new series with the aim of winding-down/cancelling the old one while having the appearance of making it a separate title and thus avoiding relaunch-stigma
3) It may replace the de facto fourth Wolverine series (the infinite series of one-shots) with an actual fourth series.

Gravatar I suspect it's probably a disguised renumbering, as with HULK and IRON MAN.

Gravatar Sup bub? I hear you folk like to read my stories, so I'm starring in more just for you. Snikt.

Gravatar I think Noel Gallagher's best work over the last ten years has been as an interviewee and Russell Brand's radio sidekick, rather than anything he has done with Oasis.

Gravatar The relaunch will probably coincide with the Wolverine movie. Or be a 4th series with the intention of being a stand alone on going serial in case people decide to buy comics after seeing the movies.
