Obviously your private video version more illustrates the live air of the restaurant.
But what Japanese guests feel when they visited the place may be closer to the image through a TV camera.
As I have been thinking by visiting the Expo site several times and watching their interactions, even not through a TV camera, there seems to be a gap that cannot be filled in between the feelings of Expo attendants from other countries and those of Japanese guests.
I am not sure whether it is just because of the language problem.
(Lastly I really enjoy your videoblog and I am glad that you have been writing more articles in English lately.)

I appreciate your nice feedback. About the gap... I think it is indeed partially because of the language. But it is definitely also a 'cultural' thing!
