I just learned how to knit socks on circular needles using the same book. It was not hard at all and very easy once you get going. I still want to try socks on dpns, but I should probably make it through this first pair

I am so glad that you liked our blog!

I can't wait to hear how you like doing socks on circs (I have been tempted by that book, but having never done socks before I figure I should learn before doing something different). I have had one experience with DPNs thusfar and do not like or trust them. I just got a set of denise circulars, though, and they don't have sizes 0-4 needles, so I'll probably end up needing to get circs to make socks.

February was supposed to be sockalong month at TK.BS, but the only person to cast on is our friend Yoko. Sooner needs to finish his mom's afghan and I need a few more FOs before I can begin socks. And some more inspiring sock yarn.

xoxo,

what cute little circs! have fun with the sock/circ experience.

the wiggles, eh? my daughter keeps saying that i like greg (the yellow one). i think he probably has a lot of back hair.

How do the 8" circulars work for you? I've been thinking about buying a set but wondered if they would be difficult to use.
