That definately looks hot! great job, I like it better than what it's "supposed" to look like.

That looks great Hila.... what yarn did you use?? I like yours MUCH better than the one the designer did!

It is so pretty, Hila! Great job, and it looks so nice on you

I used Knit Picks Poppy Field - Andean Silk for the main color and Knit Picks Elegance - Burnt Orange for the second color. They are both a wool-silk blend, very smooth and light. And not expensive, which is important!

I like ur version.. Most impt thing is it looks lovely on u.

Hila it looks AWESOME! Welcome to the sweater club! You rock Hila and I'm so proud of you and your hot little number I agree with everyone else that yours looks better than the designer, with the sexy neckline and all. Hooray!

I like your version better too! It looks super sexy! I wonder if the eyelets aren't showing because you reversed the wrap of your YOs? I did that for my entire Lelah tube top. It looks fine though so I kept it. The eyelets definitely show in my second one!

Thanks! I haven't figured out what is up with the eyelet. I don't think it was the yarn overs, but I will have to contemplate and muse and pontificate until I figure it out. Hehe.

It looks GREAT!!!!!! The bright colors are awesome on you too.

Very nice! Don't walk by any constructions sites wearing that. Well go ahead, why not? They wear helmets right?

Oooh, I love the sexy neckline. so good for summer!

I remember when you kept forgetting your yarn when we went to the point and couldn't start that thing, but look at you! All done and stuff.

oh, it looks delightful. you're right -- everyone's version of bad penny looks a little different. yours is by far the sauciest!

Great job, Hilalala!
What a gorgeous first sweater. Congratulations. I may be a "seasoned" knitter (aka old lady), but I still never get things to look like the pattern. As long as it fits you, and you are happy with the results, just assume that you have improved upon the regular design, at least in your unique brand of knitting. Maybe your row gauge was off or something. Please don't tell me that you are going to start over....you must have learned to knit from an Army General....
Love,
k

That's Mr. Army General!!! Row Gauge is the most important part of knitting!!!

But I didn't need row gauge cause the instructions went by inches.... sir.
