oooo I like the color your using, what yarn is that?

hmmm, jealous much. if it makes you feel better I wont be at rhinebeck but Ill still be stuck in rain.

couldn't have said it better myself! as napoleon would say, "jealous!". but i'll be right here with ya in sunny az, cryin my little eyes out in the warm bright sun!

love the LL, jungle stripe, right? it's the purple and green?

Love the socks Illanna! LL is one of my favorite sock yarns. I won't be in sunny Phx this weekend, but I will be in sunny CA, racing with the kids.

I love your blog, and can't believe I actually know you!

ok, i admit it... i would rather be at the pool!!! Good luck with the socks, can't wait to see them

Who needs muddy-ol-Rhinebeck when you can have sock yarn and margaritas! As a former Arizonan (and a current Pacific Northwesterner) I envy your climate.

I am making knee socks in LL Jungle Stripes so I am excited to see you working with the same yarn. I'd like to do the toes and heels in hot pink but we'll see.

Hey Illana! Love the socks--I would love to hear what yarn that is... it is lovely!

Oh dear...which boots to slosh in the mud? which mittens to wear while i keep my hands warm between fondling yarns?

No, to be honest, I'd rather have the pool...mostly because I just want to be warm.

Now, please excuse me. I have to get up at the asscrack of dawn to get there.

Oh I love that yarn. Jealous, am I! (YodaKnitter Speak) We had peach margaritas last night & I could go for some more today .... but it's hard to get gauge after more than one! Looking forward to seeing the design unfold!

I LIVE in NYC and I'm not going to Rhinebeck, so don't feel bad or be jealous. I'm working all weekend. Sock it to the design world, and THANKS and HUGS for the groovy little award. (I've never won an award before!!)

Oh my gosh! I tried doing the two socks on two circs last night and ended up looking (and feeling) like one of the three stooges! It was ridiculous! And on top of that, something must have gone seriously wrong because I ended up having all my socks on one needle and nothing on the other. I do have the Socks Soar book though, so maybe it will show me how to do it better than the on-line tutorial thing I was looking at. Thanks!
