Did I read that correctly - did you say increase to 2400 or 4800 stitches?!?! Holy cow! It'd take hours to get across a row! And how would you ever count that many stitches?? Just thinking of it makes my head hurt and my eyes cross...

When are you going to be at The Point again?

It's not that bad because you work even for 3 rows and then you increase into every stitch. I don't really have to count because I can see where I increased and I'll just assume that I didn't mess up I'm leaving new york on wednesday, so I might stop by the point on monday or tuesday.

awesome scarf, can I have the pattern?! Ill be your friend!

Holy crow that's a lot of stitches! I hope you can fiture out how to get a longer cable!

Oops- i meant to say that I was going to use the denise set and attach all the cords together. I don't think my addis are interchangable LOL!

The needles are already so cramped, but I just finished one out of the four balls. Thanks for your concern.

Yahaira's intern- could you please finish those projects in the left sidebar and list all my extra yarn on ebay? Yeah, thanks...

Illanna! You went to the yarn store in Queens? Is it the one I think it is? Looks like you found a treasure. Hey...can't wait until you return to AZ. It has to get cooler soon.

Hey E2K! The store was none other than Sandy's Knit n Needles, a tiny store on Union Turnpike. I found out that although the main level looks like a warehouse, the basement is set up beautifully. I was always afraid to go downstairs, but when I went, I found yarn on shelves! Pretty yarn, too! I got 5 more balls of another color of a similar extrafine merino. I'm glad I went downstairs, because it's actually a pretty cool store down there.
