Kevin, thanks for the kind words. I like the new looks of your site, even with having some more work yet to be done.
I have plans to change blogging platforms but simply do not have the kind of time I need right now between clients (thats good), duties to the local and state Association, and implementing a new regional MLS. I think your advice on doing a platform switch earlier rather than later (and the others that have given me the same advice) are right, but it is what it is right now and I can't get it done.
