This is where I get to say "I told you so"!

A few months ago I mentioned on this post that business was significantly picking up, and I also said that it would take a bit of time for the results to show up in your charts.

Also, I continue to get buyers here at my project, and I think that we have seen the bottom which was bout 3 months ago.

With that said, I am not suggesting that we are "zooming" up to new highs, but I do see the market starting a recovery here.

NOTE TO BUYERS: If you have been sitting on the side lines scared about trying to catch the "falling knife", I would suggest you at least start seriously looking around and taking note of good deals in the market. In the end, I truly believe that 2008 will be remembered as "wow...that was a great time to pick up cheap deals in real estate...."
