You forgot to point out that this is further evidence in support of my theory that the Kingman market moves very much like the Bullhead City market, only a few months later. I know it was just an oversight. Don't sweat it.
LOL, Evan... to be honest when I put the data together and realized that traditional sellers outsold foreclosures my first thought was yes, the Kingman market appears to be trailing the Bullhead market on those terms.
Now my regret is looking past this obvious cross reference segue for our podcast at http://mohaverealtalk.com/ where we have both hypothesized on that particular issue (of the Kingman market lagging behind the Bullhead market).
No longer a regret now that I have posted in this thread.
