I HATE TOLL ROADS!
Grew up with them in Illinois...they are always proposed to cover the cost, but they tolls never go away.
After the roads are paid for, then you need maintenance. Then, too many jobs are attached to the entire scene, and the tolls never leave.
Worse yet, I hate the backups that occur at the toll booths. If the back ups are bad enough, they can even defeat the entire purpose of a bypass.
EZ Pass is your friend.
