Love the "controversy" over introvert vs. extrovert on Bogo's comment.
My take as a pundit wanna-be? I do believe that our role will turn more towards conversationalists, but introverts might have a different style or approach towards conversations and might be just fine in the role forum moderator or wiki administrator or community manager. I'm curious about whether employers will pay for those roles or if they'll value deliverables over communities.

That pundit panel is always my favorite part of the conference. And I agree completely with Anne's comment.
Also, the prediction about it all going to the Web is already happening. But I'd say that it's not just the Web as a media (as in publish the content in HTML) but Web as a platform (as in publish the content along with the service or product).
My own prediction would have user assistance taking the form of more social networking than online book publishing. This would mean replacing some conventional conversations about the design and use of a product or service that might happen in forums or listservs, so that some conversations would happen on a social network. Whether introvert or extrovert, if you're not in the social conversation, your content will not be seen or used.
