There are times you have to evaluate you list of wants and needs. Combine those two and you'll find what you should expect for your next date.

I was right where you are for quite awhile. I felt that I couldn't trust myself to make healthy decisions when it came to men. So I either ran them all off or refused to date at all. I would overanalyze many simple situations or circumstances and in the end I was still uncertain about how I truly felt. Just give yourself time, things will fall into place as they should.
