ahh thats a difficult subject...
i think what Anthony really meant is that women usually go for bad boys... not necessarily jerks but they often come in a package... its hard to explain...
bad boys who know how to treat a woman is hard to find... i dont know im confused myself!!

haha...i won't deny the bad boy has a certain appeal, but a woman who loves herself and knows the kind of relationship she wants will attract a man who treats her well...bad boy or not!

I think there is something to be said for "Nice guys finish last" when it comes to dating (and BTW that is a polite way to say what is normally said). I am a super-nice guy, extremely friendly and polite, and a hopeless romantic. Yet I almost always immediately find myself in the "Best Friend Zone" with women, while the Bad Boys are getting all the dates.
So yes, it can be confusing for us nice guys at times.
i don't know troy...that friend zone thing is a hard one, i'll grant you...sometimes though, as in the case of myself and one of my guy friends, is that even though he's a nice guy for me there's just no chemistry...i still think the women who are dating jerks and bad boys are attracting them because of something in them, not in you (or the other genuinely nice guys out there)...

I agree 100% about the "Chemistry Thing". If it ain't there, it ain't happening -- for me either. And to be clear, I am not talking about the case were you have always been in the "Friend Zone". I love having good women friends, and I am not "always hoping for more." But I know that is the exception not the rule for a lot of men. Frankly, if I feel that strong of an attraction for a woman, and the feeling is not mutual, I would rather just sever ties. There is just no reason for that kind of continuous frustration and rejection.
But that is another issue in this whole mess: If there is no chemistry, and the guy does NOT want to be "just friends", then the guy is considered shallow and only looking for sex. Why is this all so hard anyway?

There are some women out there that will say that they love a bad boy but most women who end up with them do so because they cater to things that they believe and disbelieve about themselves, love, and relationships. One of the key factors is the hunt for drama or what we call 'excitement';'chemistry';'fireworks'. If a man doesn't make a woman jump through hoops, leave her rolling around in ambiguity, and doesn't give her an opportunity to prove her worthiness, for most women, he is not interesting. You're right - it is about self-love and it is amazing how the type of men that you will go out with will change when you love yourself too much to self-harm yourself with a jerk or what I call an assclown...
no kidding huh troy...it is soooooooo hard...i agree with you...in the case of my friend and i, i did have to sever ties for just that reason...he continued to want more and i couldn't give it...ugh...frustrating stuff...

The truth of the matter is .. that girls cant really rationalize why they go for the bad boy or the player.
They just have this immense attraction for them and don’t really know what hit then.
They don
’t wake up in the morning and go " today I want to find a bad boy ... ohhh YEH!!!".
They normally fall into it .. if they don’t understand how attraction works.
That
’s why when it comes to dating, its good to know the certain things a guy may do that will spark your attraction.
One you know what these are .. then you are more able to look through them and then really decide if this guy is worth the time and the effort.
