Hhhmmmm - that looks absolutely delicious. I am also keen on ginger, candied or fresh. Ilva, I have found a new favourite foodblog, and today I start browsing it in deail...So when you find a comment here and there don't believe I have gone crazy )

Mmmm...sounds like a perfect combination. It rains so much here in the wintertime too...I used to love it, and still enjoy a rainy day here and there (for cooking!), but after a while (especially the end of winter after several months of rain) I really really miss the sunshine!

Manuel-thanks for this and your other comments, it's nice to have guests from Mexico! But do you by any chance know any scandinavians as you called me Ylva? It is such a long time since someone did that, in Sweden they always mistake my name for Ylva!

Manuel-well, I make it for my children but I just do them without recipe. I suggest you the check out Anne's Food or A Cat in the Kitchen in the link list on the left, both are Swedish food blogs!
