Sounds simple and good. Where we buy our zucchinis, they don't come with the flowers on top...they are considered a bit of a specialty item...sold for more money at special stores. They are prettier with the flowers still attached!

I love the way the zucchini looks with the flowers still attached...I've been looking for the blossoms forever so that I could try some recipes for stuffing them! I suppose I could just grow them myself if I could only keep out the deer!

Michelle-Why don't you build a kind of provisory green house or something? I suggest that you force your dear friend to build one as a payment for the damage he has caused in the kitchen!! Not a bad idea eh??
