Your rosemary is gorgeous. I am going to make some olive oil infused with rosemary today while I still have rosemary on my plant! In Utah the rosemary goes completely dormant in the winter. Sometimes it comes back in the spring, and other years I have to start over with a new plant.

Hi Ilva,
Thanks for sharing this d-i-y!
With my very bad experience with not so great olive oil in the past and not really knowing what is good and not because of fear of trying again... please would you recommend a brand for me? I'd love to use it again but just don't know where to start and i love rosemary (which is growing in my garden) as well so i thought this would be a great idea to do.
Thanking you in advance...

Kalyn-Yes I can imagine that it is a hard climate for this type of plant!
Cookiecrumb-I bribed him! Tahnks for the compliments!
Paz- I'm looking forward to next weekend, i'm curious to see what you will present...
Mae- I don't know if I can help you because we buy our olive oil directly from a friend who produces a wonderful oil but I can give you some advice: A good olive oil costs! (we pay something like 6 or 7 euros a liter for ours and that a good price) You should try to find a cold pressed 100% virgin oil to use "raw", as they say here, in sallads, on cooked vegetables, fish and meat and then you buy a cheaper 100% virgin oil to cook with like I do!

LOL! Oh, oh! I think I'm getting myself into trouble at the thought of a WHB participation. If I can think of something and have time, I'll try. Thanks for the encouragement. BTW, over the weekend, I stopped by the flower shop to see if they sold rosemary flowers, but they didn't. . It was worth a try (I so do like the flowers, just like the bee above.)
Happy Monday,
Paz
