Ilva, this looks so good! I love the combination of salty and sweet, particularly when it involves rosemary and honey. And I'm having exactly the same feelings these days as you - it's arctic weather up in Scotland this week and it's all I can do to keep myself from hooking up a sugar drip directly into my arm!

As Berlin is turning into a winter- wonderland today and it's pitch black outside (it's not even 5p.m.), I'm so glad I have fennel on hand! This sounds and looks delicious.
