These look so delicious! I love pinenuts, but I don't think I've put them in cookies before.

"I usually only write down the recipes if I am going to post them" - I'm so envious of your ability to be able to cook all these delicious foods you do by heart! I've always loved how simple they are too - making the most of only a few ingredients. These look fabulous!

I, too, am envious that you know all the recipes by heart. I need everything written down!!! The cookies look delicious.

Nic-I put pinenuts in everything, I find that they add some body to most things and especially to sweet dishes. I'm looking forward to see what you are making for the Cookie Swap!
Chanit-And the same goes for you!
Michelle & Paz-It's a matter of practice and of letting yourself go! Thanks both of you for always stopping by!

Clara- ok! 150 g=5.3 oz, 2 deciliters(200 mililiters)= 0.85 cups (american that is), 3 deciliters (300 mililiters)=1.3 cup.
There's a cooking converter in the right hand margin if you need to convert something else!

I found your blog through an internet search for cookies with pine nuts in them. This recipe looks great. Thanks for posting.
