The dish looks beautiful and sounds interesting. I don't think I've ever eaten pasta like this. But, the picture alone is making my stomach growl!

I never would have thought that you should cook carrots in a skillet - nor to put them with pasta! That's why I love your site - so many new and simple dishes - and surprise - even for ingredients I thought I had become bored with! BTW - I love those water pictures too!
